St. Peter's Old Style Porter
A very solid beer. Pours a deep brown color with ruby highlites, bears a medium head with amazing durability and lacing. I cant help that think, though I have had many good porters; this one is what a porter should taste like. Smells of malts and caramels. Tastes of dark malts and caramel, as well as light underlying hoppy tones. Delightful. Great mouthfeel, very thick on the palate.
