Nothing really starts off a holiday party, special occasion or an evening of just good times than the a little bubbly. Actually, I’ve been known to pour myself quite a hefty glass of bubbly from time to time, well enough to turn heads that is. (Bad, Bad Clare)! Oh well, as long as it is done responsibly and I have my trusty designated driver, I am all good! I am very excited to have Maurene Drew here from American (Part of the Big Southern Wine & Spirits Distributor) as this gives us the opportunity to share one of my favorite drinks with you..BUBBLES!!
However, Champagne isn’t the only wonderful type of wine we will be sharing. We will also have some really nice Cabs on the menu, plus a great little Italian wine, which fell into The Top 100 Wine’s List of 2008 from Wine Spectator!
